Hi there, & welcome to the blog.

This is where I post a handful of images from each of my family/wedding type sessions, often with some image treatments applied because... well.. it's kinda fun! :)

You might notice that wherever possible I try and use natural or available light for my pictures, sometimes of course flash must be employed but I try to use it sparingly, and almost never from on top of the camera as it tends to just flatten out whatever I'm photographing.

I do love my work & count myself very fortunate to be able to make a living doing something that offers so many opportunities to work with people on very special occasions in a fun, creative, collaborative endeavor.

Nicole & Bruce, Antici............pation!

Nicole & Bruce have been in a committed relationship for longer than some marriages manage to last, and more than 2 years ago I sat down with them and we talked about their wedding plans... which finally came to pass on a fabulous dramatic June 4th day.

It was worth the wait!

It all started in a fairly predictable fashion, Bride getting all sprayed, lacquered and ultimately cinched into a beautiful dress accompanied & aided by her entourage.

They chose the lovely St. Vincent Du Paul to hold their nuptuals.

And then we're off for a quick city tour while the weather goes from bright blue skies to violent rainstorm and then back to blue skies again by the time we get out to the suburbs.
